The remaining phases of the project are expected for delivery as originally anticipated through May 2023. They are Archimedes, Bagheera, Cheshire Cat, Doc, Edna Mode, Jiminy Cricket and Iago. ACC is actively communicating with Walt Disney World Resort regarding the near-term timing and pace of occupancy, and will provide additional details as they become finalized. Currently, there are seven neighborhoods open at Flamingo Crossings Village, all named after famous Disney mentors. Participants in the program are expected to begin to occupy Flamingo Crossings Village in Orlando - a 10-phase, $615 million residential development being built in partnership with American Campus Communities (ACC) - as early as this summer.Ĭonstruction is underway on the multi-phase project, with four of the 10 planned phases currently complete.
